Madera County Superior Court: Launches eFiling for Civil Cases

Court Notice

MADERA COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT LAUNCHES EFILING FOR CIVIL CASES

The Madera County Superior Court is pleased to announce that effective Monday, October 31, 2022, eFiling will be available for the following case types:

  • Civil (Limited and Unlimited)
  • Small Claims
  • Family Law
  • Probate

eFiling provides court users with the convenience of submitting filings and paying any associated fees online without having to visit the courthouse in person. While eFiling is encouraged, it is currently voluntary. Those who prefer to continue filing and/or paying fees in person can still do so on or after October 31, 2022.

This is a step toward the Court’s long-term strategic goal to become eco-friendly and paperless.
