PROBATE DIVISION ANNOUNCES COURTROOM CHANGES AT STANLEY MOSK COURTHOUSE
The Probate Division will implement the following changes to courtroom operations effective February 6, 2023:
- Judge Jonathan L. Rosenbloom will be reassigned from Dept. 79 to Dept. 11 at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse, 111 N. Hill St., Los Angeles. All matters previously assigned to Dept. 11 will be assigned to Judge Rosenbloom unless otherwise notified.
- Judge Lynn H. Scaduto will be assigned to Dept. 79 at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse. All matters previously assigned to Dept. 79 will be assigned to Judge Scaduto unless otherwise notified.
The Probate Division will also implement the following changes to courtroom operations effective February 14, 2023:
- Judge Jessica A. Uzcategui will be assigned to Dept. 5 at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse. All matters previously assigned to Dept. 5 will be assigned to Judge Uzcategui unless otherwise notified.
All matters currently calendared shall remain scheduled on the dates and times previously set unless otherwise notified. Counsel and parties are instructed to indicate the assigned judicial officer and department on the first page of all documents filed with the clerk to ensure proper departmental assignment, calendaring of hearings, and document routing.
