POMONA AND WEST COVINA COURTHOUSES ANNOUNCE COURTROOM CHANGES
The Pomona Courthouse South and the West Covina Courthouse will implement the following changes to courtroom operations, effective October 20:
– Judge Gregory J. Weingart will be reassigned from Department B, a family law courtroom at the Pomona Courthouse South, 400 Civic Center Plaza, Pomona, to Department 2, an unlawful detainer courtroom, at the West Covina Courthouse, 1427 W. Covina Pkwy, West Covina.
– Judge Dean J. Kitchens will be assigned to Department B, a family law courtroom, at the Pomona Courthouse South.
All matters currently calendared shall remain scheduled on the dates and times previously set unless otherwise notified. Counsel and parties are instructed to indicate the assigned judicial officer and department on the first page of all documents submitted for filing to ensure proper departmental assignment, calendaring of hearings, and document routing.
