SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT: ELIMINATES NAME SEARCH FEES

Effective December 1, 2023, San Bernardino Superior Court (SBSC) will no longer charge the public to perform name searches on its public portal – the “Court Access Portal or CAP.” Please see the updated fee schedule attached to this public notice that will be in effect on December 1, 2023.

This change will be reflective in all of the different search methods available in CAP, including via the standard search, quick search, and advance search methods. Once implemented court users will no longer see notations to search credits available. No full or partial refunds will be issued for credits purchased prior to December 1, 2023.
