SISKIYOU COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT: LAUNCH OF EFILING FOR CIVIL CASES DELAYED UNTIL APRIL 22, 2024

The Siskiyou County Superior Court is pleased to announce Electronic Filing (EFiling) will be made available in the following case types effective Monday, April 22, 2024:

• Civil
• Small Claims
• Family Law
• Probate

Fax Filing will continue to be accepted through June 30, 2024. Beginning July 1, 2024, EFiling will replace Fax Filing. EFiling allows court users to submit and pay for filings online.

EFiling is encouraged but will not be mandatory at this time. Paper filings will continue to be accepted at the court clerk service windows until further notice.

Additional information about the EFiling process, available Electronic Filing Service Providers (EFSP’s), and Frequently Asked Questions will be posted on the Court’s website by April 22, 2024.
