MARICOPA COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT: ADA AND REQUIRED LANGUAGE FOR SUMMONSES, SUBPOENAS, AND ORDERS TO APPEAR

Court Notice

MARICOPA COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT: ADA AND REQUIRED LANGUAGE FOR SUMMONSES, SUBPOENAS, AND ORDERS TO APPEAR

It is important to note that Local Rule 2.5 Witnesses, Subpoenas, Summonses, and Orders to Appear, provides required language for use for Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accommodations and language access/interpreter services. If the required language does not appear on a summons or subpoena presented to the Clerk of the Superior Court for issuance, the Clerk’s Office is required by Rule to refuse to issue the summons or subpoena. Additionally, the LLRC Forms for the summonses and subpoenas contain this language and can be found here on the LLRC webpage.
