Litigants must create an account before uploading evidence, and you must know your case number. Evidence can be uploaded at any time up until 3 p.m. the day before a trial date.
Any documents must be in PDF format.
This portal is for use in small claims court only. Those cases are heard in Dept. 519 at the Hayward Hall of Justice and Dept. 105 at the Wiley W. Manuel Courthouse. The portal is optional, but the Court encourages all
with cases in small claims court to utilize this new portal to ensure your evidence is submitted in a timely manner.
All the files will be encrypted, securely stored, and users can access their evidence online at any time from multiple devices including computers and cell phones.
