LASC: FAMILY LAW JUDICIAL ASSIGNMENT CHANGES AT THE STANLEY MOSK COURTHOUSE

The Family Law Division will implement the following changes to courtroom operations at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse, located at 111 N. Hill St., Los Angeles:

Effective January 22:

• Judge Elizabeth Scully will be reassigned to Department 35 at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse. All matters previously assigned to Department 35 will be assigned to Judge Scully for all purposes.
• Judge Anne Kiley will be assigned to Department 27 at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse. All matters previously assigned to Department 27 will be assigned to Judge Kiley for all purposes.

Effective February 5:

• Judge Esther P. Kim will be assigned to Department 18 at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse. Matters previously assigned to Department 18 will be assigned to Judge Kim for all purposes.

All matters currently on calendar shall remain scheduled on the dates and times previously set, unless otherwise notified. Counsel and parties are instructed to indicate the assigned judicial officer and department on the first page of all documents filed with the clerk to ensure proper departmental assignment, calendaring of hearings and document routing.
