SAN BERNARDINO SUPERIOR COURT: SAN BERNARDINO JUSTICE CENTER PROBATE CLERK’S OFFICE MOVES TO FONTANA EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 13, 2024

Beginning Tuesday, February 13, 2024, the Probate clerk’s office and all Probate in-person services at the San Bernardino Justice Center will be permanently relocated to the Fontana District. After this time, Probate clerk’s office in-person services will be
available at the Fontana and Victorville Districts.

The Fontana Probate Clerk’s Office public window will be open for full service for all probate cases heard at the Fontana District. All in-person filings for cases heard at the Victorville District may continue to be
completed at the Victorville District Probate Clerk’s Office.

Attorneys and parties are encouraged to check the Court’s website at Where Can I File? | Superior Court of California (sb-court.org) to confirm where papers may be filed in-person during the normal operating hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding Court Holidays. We continue to encourage parties and attorneys to use the Court’s electronic filing system for all matters approved for electronic filing (Probate eFiling | Superior Court of California (sb-court.org).
