SAN DIEGO COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT: EFM MIGRATION

San Diego Superior Court will be transitioning from their CCMS EFM to Tyler Odyssey’s case management system over the Independence Day holiday weekend.

The court will be migrating data from their CCMS to the new system starting Wednesday, July 3rd, 2024, at 6:00 PM PST. There may be an intermittent window of time where the case data is unavailable; however, eFiling will remain available until Friday, July 5th, 2024, 11:59 PM.

Starting on Saturday, July 6th, 2024, at 12:00 AM, eFiling will not be available until Monday, July 8th, 2024. The exact time has yet to be determined.
