SANTA CLARA COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT: FILING ANNOUNCEMENT

Effective immediately, the following documents will now be accepted electronically for Probate and Mental Hearing Cases.

Citations: Citations can now be submitted to the Court electronically for issuance. Issued citations which have been served can continue to be Electronically Filed.

Letters: Letters for Decedent’s Estate, Conservatorship, and Guardianship cases can now be accepted electronically prior to a hearing or after an order for appointment is made by the Court.

Lodged Bank Statements: Bank Statements can now be received electronically. Please include a proper caption page when submitting bank statements and use the filing code “Lodged Bank Statements.”
